Job orientation

Don’t know what to do after school? Want to find a job but don’t know where to start?

Thanks to Include Me in School you can ask for free mentor support.

With his help you will be able to analyze your current situation, enhance your skills and passions, and figure out how to use them to identify the right college path for you and find or create your dream job.

Who are the mentors?

Mentors provide their skills and experience motivated by the principle of give back, that is, the willingness to give back to the community part of what they have received completely free of charge. Mentors have skills in management and business management, monitoring and evaluation of economic activities or marketing and communication, but also soft skills such as listening skills, empathic communication and interpersonal skills.

What does a mentor do?

The mentor accompanies their mentee in understanding how to enhance their skills, competencies, and passions in order to find a job or start their own business.

Together with him you can figure out what path of study to take after graduation and what job prospects you will have available to you.

Or figure out how to write a resume and apply for a job position and even do a mock interview.

Or even if you want to open your own business the mentor will help you identify business opportunities, any critical issues, map out the steps along the way and the goals to be achieved.

Through mentoring mentor and mentee grow together, discovering by comparison new aspects of themselves, developing new knowledge, understanding, motivation, and teaming up to achieve a common goal.
